AAC Block Bonding Chemical is a ready-to-use adhesive made from cement, graded sand, and performance-enhancing polymers. Unlike traditional cement mortar, it requires only a thin layer (2–3 mm), resulting in stronger bonding, cleaner application, and faster construction.

Application of Adhesive :-

1) Apply a thin layer of mixed adhesive on the AAC block in the thickness of

2-3 mm by using a proper trowel on which the block work is to be carried out.

2) After placing the 1st block apply the AAC block adhesive of the same thickness

on both the side of the block continuously keeping a check on the line.

3) The excess adhesive coming out of the block is cleaned immediately and the

procedure is carried out for entire block work.

How to Apply AAC Block Bonding Chemical?

1. Clean the AAC blocks and remove dust.
2. Mix Pearlato AAC Block Bonding Chemical with clean water until a smooth paste forms.
3. Apply a 2–3 mm layer using a notched trowel.
4. Place the block firmly and align it.
5. Remove excess adhesive.
6. Continue laying blocks with consistent joints.
