Description

Premium AAC Block Bonding Chemical by Pearlato

Building with AAC blocks requires an adhesive that provides superior strength, minimizes material wastage, and ensures long-term durability. Pearlato AAC Block Bonding Chemical is a high-performance, cement-based adhesive specially developed for fixing Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC), CLC, fly ash, and lightweight concrete blocks.

Our bonding chemical creates a strong and uniform bond using a thin application layer, reducing mortar consumption while improving construction speed. It offers excellent adhesion, water resistance, and crack prevention, making it an ideal choice for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.

What is AAC Block Bonding Chemical?

AAC Block Bonding Chemical is a ready-to-use adhesive made from cement, graded sand, and performance-enhancing polymers. Unlike traditional cement mortar, it requires only a thin layer (2–3 mm), resulting in stronger bonding, cleaner application, and faster construction.

Why Choose Pearlato AAC Block Bonding Chemical?

  • High bonding strength for AAC and lightweight blocks
  • Thin joint application (2–3 mm)
  • Reduces construction time
  • Minimizes material wastage
  • Excellent water retention
  • Crack-resistant performance
  • Better workability
  • Suitable for interior and exterior walls
  • Long-lasting durability
  • Easy mixing and application

Application of Adhesive :-

1) Apply a thin layer of mixed adhesive on the AAC block in the thickness of

2-3 mm by using a proper trowel on which the block work is to be carried out.

2) After placing the 1st block apply the AAC block adhesive of the same thickness

on both the side of the block continuously keeping a check on the line.

3) The excess adhesive coming out of the block is cleaned immediately and the

procedure is carried out for entire block work.

Mixing Ratio : 50% : 50% by weight / volume

Packing :-20 KG & 50 KG

Shelf Life :- 36 months store in a cool, dark and away from direct sun light with closed original packing.

Technical Advantages

  • Excellent adhesion to AAC blocks
  • High compressive and bonding strength
  • Reduces hollow joints
  • Prevents shrinkage cracks
  • Improved water resistance
  • Better finishing quality
  • Lower curing requirements
  • Environment-friendly formulation

Benefits of Using AAC Block Bonding Chemical Instead of Cement Mortar

Traditional Cement Mortar Pearlato AAC Block Bonding Chemical
Thick joints Thin joints (2–3 mm)
Higher material consumption Lower material consumption
More wastage Minimal wastage
Slower construction Faster application
Lower bonding strength Superior bonding strength
Higher chances of cracks Crack-resistant bonding

How to Apply AAC Block Bonding Chemical?

  1. Clean the AAC blocks and remove dust.
  2. Mix Pearlato AAC Block Bonding Chemical with clean water until a smooth paste forms.
  3. Apply a 2–3 mm layer using a notched trowel.
  4. Place the block firmly and align it.
  5. Remove excess adhesive.
  6. Continue laying blocks with consistent joints.

What is AAC Block Bonding Chemical used for?

AAC Block Bonding Chemical is used to bond AAC blocks, CLC blocks, fly ash blocks, and lightweight concrete blocks. It provides stronger adhesion than traditional cement mortar while reducing construction time.

Does AAC Block Bonding Chemical reduce cracks?

Yes. Its polymer-modified formulation minimizes shrinkage and provides strong, crack-resistant joints.

Can it be used for interior and exterior walls?

Yes. Pearlato AAC Block Bonding Chemical is suitable for both interior and exterior masonry applications.

Is AAC Block Bonding Chemical waterproof?

After curing, it provides excellent moisture resistance and helps improve the durability of masonry walls.

How thick should AAC Block Bonding Chemical be applied?

A thin layer of approximately 2–3 mm is recommended for optimal bonding and strength.
