Pearlato NV-Flexy(ECO) is a highly thixotropic, two component, elastic polyurethane system, solvent free, high performance laying of porcelain tiles, marble, granite and ceramic tiles on deformable substrates must be carried out eco friendly organic mineral adhesive with no vertical slip. suitable for internal as well as external use. Excellent durability and resistance to ageing. perfect adhesion to all substrates used in building. It is a modern chemical formulation does not drip on vertical surfaces. – Bonding of ceramic tiles of non-bearing interior walls.
– For use where fixed, permanent positioning of stone or concrete products is desired.
– Segmental retaining walls and columns.
– Cast stone copings.
– Natural & manufactured stone.
Curing time:-
Pot life 40 – 50 minutes @ 25°C and set to touch in 3-4 hours, and a tenacious bond overnight. Cure time varies with temperature, humidity and the porosity of the materials joined.
Cleaning:-
Clean tall tools and equipment immediately after use with a dry cloth, Xylene, mineral spirits or acetone may also be used. Cured adhesive must be mechanically removed.
Shelf life:-
If kept storedina cool, oy place, in unopened original packaging, between +5°C and +25°C, shelf life is up to 12 months from production date. Store the canisters in an upright position.
