GEL FIX (EPOXY GFL)
Pearlato – Gel Fix two component modified epoxy resin & cycloaliphatic amine based construction adhesive, solvent free, highly thixotropic gel like epoxy system for face joints of natural and artificial stone, suitable for indoor & out door. Excellent weather resistance property & very low shrinkage during curing process. Easy to disperse with color pigments.
Area of Application:- Pearla to Gel Fix is used for bonding and gluing of natural stones as well as artificial stones.
Instructions for use:-
1:- First of all properly clean and slightly roughen surface to be bonded.
2:- Part A & Part B mix thoroughly at least 2- 3 minutes for proper curing.
3:- Mixing product must be used within 30 – 40 min (25°C),
4:- Set to touch/working condition within 6 – 8 hours (25°C).
5:- Pot life and curing process depends on ambient temperature.
6:- Fully cured within 7 days (25 °C).
7:- Component A & Component B mixed in right mixing ratio for better mechanical and chemical Resistance properties.
Mixing Ratio:- Component (A) – 100 gms & Component (B) – 100 gms by weight.
Shelf Life:- 24 months from the date of manufacturing. Material must be keep in cool and dark place and away from direct sun light.
