Pearlato Tiles Adhesive N-3007

Pearlato tiles Adhesive is a Single component thin bed which is ready to use grey Cement based polymer modified non – shrink, self curing for fixing various types of tiles and stones for floor, wall and counter tops. This adhesive is used for interior/ exterior applications only. It provides excellent adhesion and waterproofing properties. It requires only the addition of water at the job site.

Substrates

Concrete, Cement Screeds and Mortars, Anhydrite Screeds Cement, Cement – Lime and Gypsum Plasters Walls made of Cellular Concrete, Silicate Brick or Hollow Blocks, Ceramic Brick or Hollow Blocks, Gypsum Blocks Tile etc.

Mixing

Mix 20 kg bag of Pearlato tile adhesive in approx 7.0 liter to 8.0 liter of clean water and mix 3-4 minutes thoroughly until a stump free mortar is achieved.

Mix with a trowel or slow speed drills for homogeneous mix

Allow itto slake for 5 minutes.

Maintain the mixing ratio as given.

Mix the required quantity, which can be used within the desired pot life, not exceeding Im? area.

Shelf Life & Storage :

Shelf Life is 12 months from the date of manufacturing. Store the material in cool and dry place away from moisture.
